I've been trying to use IMP's CoordGen program on some TPS data which uses a scale factor instead of a ruler, but when i do i get a error message that says "subscripted assignment dimension mismatch". Does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it? The only thing i can think of is that i'm using a scale factor instead of a ruler, because otherwise the data looks identical to another studies that runs just fine on the program.
