Analyze 3D from Mayo Clinic would let you collect landmarks from the
volume rendered image. It is a good software package with many tools for
CT processing, but very expensive.
If you can collect data looking at orthogonal planes, you can get away
with Slicer 3D, MIPAV or even ImageJ.
hope this helps,
M

Hi,
Can anybody recommend software for digitizing 3D landmarks on
surfaces extracted from CT scans? (DICOM/ analyze / nifti / ? format)
I have found programs for visualizing 3D surfaces but its hard to
collect and mark 3D points.
Any recommendation would be appreciated!
Thank you!
Santi
