Look at Landmark Editor, written by our UC Davis colleagues for
surface scanning work. I believe it can deal with CT surfaces as well.

Hi,

Can anybody recommend software for digitizing 3D landmarks on
surfaces extracted from CT scans? (DICOM/ analyze / nifti / ? format)

I have found programs for visualizing 3D surfaces but its hard to
collect and mark 3D points.

Any recommendation would be appreciated!

Thank you!
