Dear Raul

MorphoJ deals with landmarks only. If you are confident that your
favourite algorithm for sliding semilandmarks provides points that
correspond in a one-to-one manner for the biological problem you are
studying, you can enter them as landmarks. If you are not confident, you
might want to reconsider whether you really need to use them.

For getting visualizations of the shape changes that correspond to the
extremes for CV (or other scores), use "Set scale factor..." in the
pop-up menu for the graph in question, and put in the extreme value you
are interested in.

I hope this helps.

Best wishes,
Chris

Hi!

step by step:

1- Does anybody know if (and how) I can define to MorphoJ which
landmarks must be considered as semilandmarks?

2- Does anybody know how can I put images of deformation grids in each
extremity of CVA graphics, whose show respective morphology?

Best wishes for all!!

Raul
