Dear Raul,
First of all, on behalf of my superviser Chris Klingenberg, thanks for
choosing MorphoJ.
1 - Unfortunately semi-landmarks are not supported in MorphoJ. Chris
may be able to give you a more detail explanation of this.
2 - The best way to get good figures is to export (right click> export
graph to file) the graph and transformation grids and align in a
graphics program such as CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, or the freeware
Inkscape. The graphs are exported as vector graphics.
