Dear morphometricians,
I performed PLS analysis using the NTSYSpc software for 3D data.
Is it possible to visualize the results as shape, like the PLS analysis
using tpsPLS for 2D data?
If it is possible, I'd really appriciate if you could tell me how we can
perform such analysis.
