Dear Ito,
The algebra of PLS is the same for 2d and 3d.
You can visualize a singular vector (singular warp) like a PC in 3d,
eg., visualize the difference between the mean shape and the mean shape
PLUS a multiple of the singular vector.
Best,
Philipp

Dear morphometricians,
I performed PLS analysis using the NTSYSpc software for 3D data.
Is it possible to visualize the results as shape, like the PLS
analysis using tpsPLS for 2D data?
If it is possible, I'd really appriciate if you could tell me how we
can perform such analysis.
Best regards,
Ito
