Dear Tina

The P-values provided by MorphoJ are not corrected for multiple
comparisons (they are the nominal P-values).

I don't think you need special software to do a sequential Bonferroni
correction -- I guess it's easier to do that by hand (and maybe a
calculator) or in a spreadsheet. For a recipe, see
http://privatewww.essex.ac.uk/~scholp/bonferroni.htm
(or just about any basis stats book)

I hope this helps.

Best wishes,
Chris

Dear all.

Can somebody please help?

I used the permutation test in MorphoJ for pairwise comparisons of
Procrustes distances between group means (6 groups, 10 000 iterations).
And the differences were (as I've expected) statistically significant.
But now I am wondering if I have to correct the p values. Or are they
already corrected? If they are not then I would like to perform the
sequential Bonferroni. But how? Is there a user-friendly software that
would do this for me?

Any suggestions?

Thank you!
