Dear all.

Can somebody please help?

I used the permutation test in MorphoJ for pairwise comparisons of
Procrustes distances between group means (6 groups, 10 000 iterations).
And the differences were (as I've expected) statistically significant.
But now I am wondering if I have to correct the p values. Or are they
already corrected? If they are not then I would like to perform the
sequential Bonferroni. But how? Is there a user-friendly software that
would do this for me?

Dear Tina,
a recent software for multiple comparisons adjustements is SGoF+ (
http://webs.uvigo.es/acraaj/SGoF.htm ), I personally haven't used this
software but it should perform various methods, other than the one by
Holm known as "sequential Bonferroni".

As a side note, when a couple of years ago I checked some references
on the subject of adjustments for multiple comparisons, I noticed
that, apart from existing various methods, there are also people who
have rejected (especially in the biomedical literature) the idea of
adjustments itself.

All the best
Carmelo
