Subject: PLS on a subset of data in MorphoJ

Dear Colleagues
I would really appreciate your help with the following problem in
MorphoJ. When I run Partial Least Squares on my complete dataset
everything works fine. However, when I try to do the same on a subset of
my data (created by ‘include/exclude observations’ and ‘create a new
dataset’) MorphoJ seems to get stuck. The dialogue box remains open, an
icon does appear in the project tree, but nothing appears under the
results, graphics or reports tabs. I have the same problem using MorphoJ
1.02f and 1.02g, as well as in both Windows XP and Windows 7. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
