Hi everyone,
I'm here with a short question:
I'm using MorphoJ and Landmark to perform a Generalized Procrustes
Analysis and PCA of my specimens.
Specifically, I'm using Landmark to explore shape changes along each PC
as deformation of a .ply file.
All the process is clear, and the .ply deformation in Landmark works fine.
I would like to take some snapshots or recording an animated sequence of
the warping. However, it seems impossible to hide the landmarks from the
mesh. Do somebody have any suggestion?
