Marco (and others who want to do this),
Yes it is; the method I described does that.
Follow this:
Import reference ply and lmks into A
Import shape change lmks into B
Make warp in C
Right click at left and export model from C.
The warped model is now in the project. Right click on that model and
export ply file. Now close your project and open Landmark afresh. Now
open the ply file, this will open the viewer window, not project/editor
window. The ply file does not have landmarks attached to it. Here you
can make the video.
Hope that is more simple for you.
Emma

Emma,
thanks for such suggestion.
My problem is that I would like to take a video of the warping process
itself, but hiding the landmarks in C.
I'm not sure if it's possible.

Marco,
Once you have warped the mesh, you have to export the ply model
from C,
then you can open the model on it's own in Landmark and there
you can
take screenshots and videos.

Hi everyone,
I'm here with a short question:
I'm using MorphoJ and Landmark to perform a Generalized
Procrustes
Analysis and PCA of my specimens.
Specifically, I'm using Landmark to explore shape changes
along
each PC
as deformation of a .ply file.
All the process is clear, and the .ply deformation in
Landmark works
fine.
I would like to take some snapshots or recording an animated
sequence of
the warping. However, it seems impossible to hide the landmarks
from the
mesh. Do somebody have any suggestion?
Thanks in advance
marco
