on live specimens

Dear All,
I am looking for references which utilized geometric morphometrics in order to:
1. quantify shape of live specimens in the filed
2. quantify shape of live specimens and explicitly analyze its relation with specific ecologically relevant task (performance) – both experimental lab-based and comparative field based approaches are welcome
3. perform longitudinal data analysis (e.g. long-term field studies, shape differentiation during ontogeny)
If you know some references that match these topics, I would be grateful to receive suggestions and/or pdfs on my email (marko.djura...@dbe.uns.ac.rs).
