Subject: how to compare two data sets
To: morphmet@morphometrics.org

Greetings,

I am currently using morphoj to try and compare two different data sets. I am comparing mating and nonmating seasons in stingrays. In morphoj I have them as two separate data sets. I would like to know how to compare both those data sets and give me a p value for difference. I have done PC shape changes for both data sets. Is that ok to visually determine shape difference? I know I can do a CVA or DFA but exactly how to do it I don't know. When doing a CVA it only let me include one data set but I want to compare both data sets to each other and get the p value between them. Any help on how to do it.

Thanks,
Eloise Cave
