I have just uploaded version 2.00 of tpsSuper to the http://life.bio.sunysb.edu/morph website. The program performs basically the same computations as before but the user interface has been completely redesigned to make the use of the three different modes more obvious. The help file has also been updated to include a more extensive example of using this software with tpsRelw to produce an image corresponding to an estimated configuration of landmarks.
Please let me know if you encounter problems with the use of this much revised software or if other functions should be added.
