Gabriela,

There are other options for Mac to collect 2D landmark data from image files.
ImageJ http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/ has inbuilt landmark digitising options. And
you can also write a macro to help automate your specific task.
A more suped up version of ImageJ is FIJI http://fiji.sc/Fiji

Geomorph R package cran.r-project.org/web/packages/geomorph/ has the function
digitze2d that reads in a jpeg file and prompts the suer to digitize landmarks,
which are then saved as a NTS file.

Emma

I am using the tps util and tpsdig2 on my virtual machine on my Mac, but am
having trouble with my hard drive space starting to be limited to the point of
being unable to process any more pix.

I saw that there is a MacMorph software (by Mark Spencer) for digitizing
landmarks for Macs available on the http://life.bio.sunysb.edu/morph/ webpage,
but no link for downloading this software. It would be great if anyone has used
a mac version of tps util and tpsdig2 that works for them to process my pix on
my Mac.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
