Hi Gabriela,

I read your question and I have tried to understand your problem. First, I
mention that I also work with programs TPS via virtual machine "Parallels" with
"Windows XP" installed and have not had any problems with the management. I
guess your case is that all your pictures and files are stored in the virtual
machine. I comment you that you can save all your images in a folder on your
Mac and work it from there to create your file “.TPS" and collect the
landmarks. So you would not have the problem of space on your “Windows” hard
drive. Also, I send you a file with a brief introduction to collecting
landmarks that can be of help.

Moreover, I tell you that I'm using the "TPSRelw" to the consensus of my
geometries. My problem is that I can not open the file “.TPS" and tells me that
I can not read the coordinates. My question is do you use "TPSRelw" in your
virtual machine? If so, what version do you have? and Do you have the same
problem with reading the file “.TPS"?

Stay aware of your comments and I hope mine can help you with your analysis.

Greetings.

I am using the tps util and tpsdig2 on my virtual machine on my Mac, but am
having trouble with my hard drive space starting to be limited to the point of
being unable to process any more pix.

I saw that there is a MacMorph software (by Mark Spencer) for digitizing
landmarks for Macs available on the http://life.bio.sunysb.edu/morph/webpage,
but no link for downloading this software. It would be great if anyone has used
a mac version of tps util and tpsdig2 that works for them to process my pix on
my Mac.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
