Judging from the output you provided, it seems like you are using MorphoJ. Am I 
correct?
According to the classifiers, it says that the main effect for the among 
individual variation requested in this field of the MorphoJ program is in fact 
the classifier used for "Repeat". Therefore, it seems like the wrong classifier 
was entered in the wrong field. In the design that you have, you have three 
classifiers that correspond to three main effects in this nested two-way mixed 
model ANOVA, "individual" that is the symmetric variation among individuals, 
"Error 1" that is usually the error due to placing/replacing the specimen while 
taking pictures or under another device for data acquisition ("imaging error") 
and "Error 2" that is the error due to measuring the specimens ("digitizing 
error"). Because you specified to MorphoJ that your data contain Object 
Symmetry, it does not need an extra "side/reflection" main effect as it is 
automatically taken into account by MorphoJ. Note that there is no analysis of 
asymmetry in size for object symmetry because of constraints imposed by the 
GPA, hence the output from MorphoJ for this analysis. 
My guess is that you should enter your classifier "repeat" in "Error 2", 
"image" in "Error 1" and a defined classifier for the variation among 
individuals in "individuals".
