I am attempting to do a Procrustes ANOVA on a pilot study I am doing on ticks, in order to see my imaging error vs. digitizing error so that I can either move on to the main study or tweak my current one. The output from the Procrustes ANOVA is: This analysis takes into account the object symmetry in the data.
