I have just uploaded version 1.18 of tpsTri to the Stony Brook morphometrics
server. It ensures that the orientation of the axes in the tangent space so
that when an equilateral triangle is used as the reference (the default)
then the positive end of the vertical axis corresponds to a skinny isosceles
triangle and the negative end corresponds to a squat isosceles triangle.
Note - the orientation does not really matter but this orientation looks
more pleasing to me.
