I have just uploaded ver. 1.12 of tpsUtil to the server. I added an option to split an NTS file into submatrices. This is useful, for example, when doing a morphometric study involving several groups. All specimens need to be combined for a single overall GPA but then it is often useful to break the matrix of partial warp scores in to separate matrices for each group. I have also added a feature to the append TPS files option to build and ID number file to identify which specimen belongs to which original group.
