I have just uploaded ver. 1.27 of tpsUtil to the Stony Brook Morphometrics web site. The new version implements a suggestion of Erika Hingst-Zaher that a user should be able to control the ordering of specimens when using the "build tps file" operation. It now allows one to move image file names up and down in the list as well as to include or exclude particular images.
