I have just uploaded new versions of tpsTree and tpsRelw to the Stony
Brook server. The main change is the addition of new options for the
estimation of the uniform component (as described in Rohlf and Bookstein
2003 in Systematic Biology). While the results should be unchanged, the
new options do not require the consensus configuration to be rotated to
its PCA axes. Thus the landmarks will be oriented as in the original
specimens.

I expect to pass this change along to the other tps programs rather soon
because the change was rather fundamental in the structure of the tps
programs.

Please let me know ASAP if there are any problems with the new versions.
