Dear Morphmetters,
I have received some feedback about the (in)appropriateness of posting
private emails to the list, especially anonymously and of
deceased colleagues. I don't think there has been any ill-intent, but I
will now start a policy of not approving posting of originally private
emails.
Folks who wish to engage the group in discussions about the topic of
such exchanges should, at least, summarize the exchange and refrain from
identifying those involved who are not able to clarify their positions
or comments.
I would welcome feedback (pro or con) on this new policy, but please
send comments to me ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and not the list. Any messages
related to this policy will not be approved for distribution.
Thank you, dslice
