Dear morphometricians, I'd like to thank all of you who replied to my message about measures of shape variation. Your suggestions are always very helpful to me, and, being a biologist and not a mathematician, this is why I ask more experienced scientists and mathematicians advice about statistical issues (generally, before trying to apply methods found in papers, books etc. to my own work).
