Hello, I am new to the list and morphology in general so I hope this is an appropriate question. As part of my masters research, I would like to measure the roots of a wetland plant Mimulus ringens. I am looking for a way to measure roots including depth and width, perhaps thickness of roots. I have been told about some software that can measure scanned images. Any ideas?
