I have just uploaded version 1.34 to the Stony Brook morphometrics website.
Just one small change in response to a request. You can now save the U matrix to a file. This matrix contains the coefficients that define the uniform component scores. The multiplication of (aligned specimen - consensus) * U yields the scores on the uniform component. ----------------------- F.
