Also, Morpheus et al. can read in .tps (NTSYS, etc.) files and compute
distances between pairs of points, angles formed by point triplets,
curve perimeters (closed), arclengths (open), and areas. Measurements
can be exported to NTSYS (and others) or generic matrix formats - the
latter is easily readable by R (S, S-plus), OpenOffice Calc, Excel, etc.
and probably SAS, Matlab, etc.
