If you import it into Morpheus, the scale factor will be applied to the
coordinates. You can then save it to any other format as mm, or whatever
is implied by the scale.

Thinking about it, I guess if you imported it, then saved it again as a
tps file, the relationship between the image and the coordinates would
be thrown off. Will have to check.
