One other important change in tpsSpline that I should have mentioned is that the order in with the principal and partial warps are displayed has been reversed. The program now displays the large-scale warps (small eigenvalue) fist and the small-scale warps (largest eigenvalue) last. This is more consistent with thinking of the uniform component (the largest scale warp with eigenvalues of zero) as the zeroth warp. The order of the numerical results the listing report and the output files was not changed however.
