What you said is exactly what I've been doing.  Planning has been  
difficult, because although I e-mail, talk to, and leave notes for my  
aide, she doesn't follow through.  But my boss knows that.  After  
feeling good about starting to get Reader's Workshop going, I  
received a call today from my boss (the owner of the school) asking  
me to focus more on CAT/6 (California Standardized Testing) prep.   
Ack!  I thought I was going to escape this.  I've been in a bummer of  
a  mood since this conversation.
