OH yes. The extrinsic can look like it's working in the short term but the long term consequences are huge. Our problem as teachers is that we sooo Need some results....and that we don't all get to see thoselong term results down the roads years from where we teach. I so agree! Intrinsic may seem harder at first but the long term results are worth it! Sally
