We have Reading counts, but here are a few that my kids are telling me right now: soldier's heart (Paulsen), mick harte was here,(barbara parks), tale of despereaux (dicamillo), and the miraculous journey of Edward Tulane (same author), walk 2 moons (creech), teacher's funeral (peck), holes (sachar)....these are just a few my sixth graders are yelling out right now...some are classics I am sure you have....you must get a copy of hugo cabret by _selznick, yellow star (roy).....hattie big sky (?)......perfect (?).....eragon (paolini)..... rules(lord)
