I guess it depends on what I am reading. When I am reading a simple novel, I am almost unaware of the words. I tend to read in pictures. If I am studying a book, then I may be more aware, but the only time I "hear" any voice is when I actually think about it. Then it interrupts the flow of my reading. Kim
