Michelle

I'm new to this list so I don't know what has already been shared but three
good literacy sources are
1. http://wilearns.state.wi.us/apps/default.asp (Wisconsin Literacy
Education and Reading Network)
2. http://www.wcer.wisc.edu/archive/cl1/CL/default.asp (Cooperative Learning
Structures)
3. http://www.greece.k12.ny.us/instruction/ela/ (K to 12 Resources)

I've recently returned from Reading Apprenticeship training and would recommend
it especially if you're in a staff development position
http://www.wested.org/cs/we/view/serv/10 and the book Reading For Understanding.

You've probably already read Harvey and Goudvis Strategies That Work with its
wonderful appendices of resources

Hope this is useful

John

These two emails are excellent examples and reason that I appreciate this
list. It is great to be able to go to a resource that has already been
located by others. Cuts our "looking" for resources down to a minimum! Thank
you to all who share.
