In having had the pleasure of being in several PEBC classrooms in Denver, I was struck by the fact that there seemed to be a teacher bookcase in each of them. It was close at hand to gathering area and clearly teacher's. I gave myself permisssion to do the same in my own classroom and never ever felt badly about doing so.
