Would love to hear from people using the new kit and the on line > service...plus any other insights. Jeanette, There are not too many differences but the non-fiction addition offers a challenge. We found that our first grade teachers had to add a lot more non-fiction teaching to help kids retell (without the text). The other major addition is the oral reading fluency piece beginning at level 14. If they don't pass the fluency then you need to stop and drop a level. It really brings fluency back into the reading picture. It offers excellent diagnostic information to guide instruction, I'm sure you'll like it. Kelly AB
