Hi! When I first started using Words Their Way (spelling), I was in public school. My administration asked many questions and wanted data. Since there was not much research available 13 years ago, I asked if I could conduct a research project in our school. The research grew from an individual school project to a system wide project.
Sometimes it just takes a "living" example. You never know, you may help someone else get started that isn't comfortable enough with the process to stand up to the others. Hope this helps!
