I would add Redbrick to the mix, though I hate that they have been swallowed up by the National Geographic organization. Of all the publishers I adore--and I love National Geographic--they are the house most unlikely to bundle, discount or work with our schools on book room purchases. Capstone is also nice, and still offers many of the same undiscounted titles available from Redbrick at tidy little discounts.
