I completely agree that the multi-age classes have so many benefits, especially 
if there are at least 2 teachers doing this in the school.  Then, they can work 
out their schedules and have students move between the teachers, as they group 
students in various subjects.  My school had this for about 6 years, and it 
only discontinued because one of them became a principal and the other moved on 
to science & social studies resource. Sheila
