There have been a number of people replying to me individually asking, "How can I get on the team?"
THE ANSWER Next Monday, Jan. 21 I will post the URL on the Mosaic list. This URL will take members to an online form where they complete the application process. APPLICATION PROCEDURE The procedure for applying is to take the URL and complete the online application. The Mosaic management team will then select a review team (3-5 people?) based on criteria posted on the URL. We will keep the URL active for about a week to give everyone a chance to apply. TIMEFRAMES In general, we'd like for the selected team members to collaborate to determine their own time frame for reading and posting reviews. We envision this happening once the books have been sent and received by all team members. This will give them they have a chance to browse the book and look at their own schedules. We'd like for the reviews to start about one month after receiving the book, but this is flexible.
