I would strongly recommend Red Brick, which has become an imprint of National Geographic, I believe. The books have nonfiction features such as glossary, table of contents, bold faced print, index, some labels.
I also just purchases a number of titles from Mondo Published and they are just beautiful. We were also looking for nonfiction.
