Hey Lori I like your language to describe the roll. We are a BIG sports school district. Even my darling second graders are in to be in Red Arrow!!! I talk about me be their Reading COACH. It is my job to make sure they have all the equipment and encourage and time to practice. It is so fun to see their eyes light up and hear them say - yup you are my coach! Thanks!
