The Effective Literacy Coach-Rogers, Rogers, and Pinnell; How to Coach Teachers Who Don't Think Like You-Bonnie M. David; The Literacy Coach's Desk Reference by Cathy A. Toll (from NCTE), and the Literacy Coach's Companion PreK-3 by Mraz et.al. They've been on my Maybe List quite a while.
