How will you collaborate with the classroom teachers? How do you formatively assess while you're instructing? How important is summative assessment and how will you communicate that to relevant parties? Do you think direct instruction, guided practice, or independent work is more important for students? How will you teach your students to become accountable for their reading and thoughtful use of strategies? How important is it that students become independent? What is the difference between reading skills and strategies? What part does writing play in reading development?
