We've used the Red Brick Learning 'program' called High Five. It's all high
interest nonfiction with two speed audio and some teacher guides. The kids love
them!

With all due respect, I don't think any "program" is better than just
having children read, read, read, books that are easy enough for them
that they don't get hung up on vocabulary or other challenging issues.
Books that they have already read.

It costs nothing.
