The UK has socialized medicine. I was engaged a few years ago to a man from the UK so I am familiar with their system. I also have two daughters who live abroad (France and Denmark) and know that all of Europe has socialized medicine. Furthermore, your insurance, here in the US, would never cover your sister's medical expenses. I can draw no other conclusion other than that this is a scam. Please reply.
