There's not much to share.  I make copies of some of the pages that are 
mentioned in the F&P version (like the book list, the books I want to read, 
what I learned from the writing piece) and the kids glue them into th 
notebooks.  I don't do a table of contents & page numbers.  It's just too much 
work and the kids waste too much time being concerned with numbers.  I also 
have them decorate the covers of their writing notebook.  THey enjoy it 
tremendously.
