I agree with Melissa.  We have at one school 2 teachers sharing a kit
which is more manageable but at another school 4 teachers share, and it
is very hard to coordinate.  

 

If teachers are comfortable with running records, I think the transition
will not be hard for them but training would still be a must. The level
of questioning offered in the retell aligns with the Common Core
Standards and are great thinking questions that allow the teacher to
probe the student's thinking.
