This is what it was called. It has been so long since I have used the actual
book, I couldn't remember exactly what it was called. We simply call it
"Fluency Checks" in my room. Thanks!
I have used a program called Six Minute Solution--I wonder if it is the same.
There are two levels, one for primary and one for intermediate. Sopris sells
it. Here is the link (you may have to copy and paste it):
